We offer a range of shipping options depending on your location. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

  • Domestic (Australia): Shipping times within Australia typically range from 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

  • International: For international orders, shipping times vary depending on the destination. Typical delivery times range from 7-21 business days, but may take longer due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note: Shipping costs for both domestic and international orders are calculated based on the weight and size of the items you purchase, as well as the shipping address.

2. Third-Party Shipping Providers

We use third-party shipping and fulfillment partners to process and ship your orders. These partners are responsible for the physical delivery of your products.

What this means:

  • We do not handle the shipping process ourselves.

  • The fulfillment time (the time it takes to pack and ship your order) may vary depending on the availability of the products and the third-party partner's operations.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available) to monitor the status of your shipment.

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia): We currently ship to all locations within Australia.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping restrictions may apply depending on the destination country. Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may be charged once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
