1. **General Return Policy**
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing admin@feralfusiontees.com.au with a photo and description of the issue. We will assess and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

2. **Change of Mind**
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

3. **Artwork and Custom Designs**
All artwork, including digital or printed designs, is strictly **non-refundable**. By signing for and/or receiving the final artwork or printed product, you acknowledge acceptance of the design as delivered. No returns or refunds will be offered on these items.

4. **Lost or Delayed Deliveries**
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for courier delays. In rare cases of lost parcels, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. **International Orders**
We do not guarantee delivery timeframes or refunds for international orders. Please note import duties and customs may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
